Refund & Cancellation Policy

White Banger Tech Private Limited ("White Banger", "we", "us") teaches at its Kaithal campus. This policy says which rule applies to you in one line:

1. Campus Courses — The Fee Is Not Refundable

When you take admission to a course taught at our campus, we reserve a seat in a batch, a place with a faculty member, and a share of lab time that we cannot sell to anyone else. That commitment is made the day you enrol, whether or not you attend.

So for every classroom, hybrid and batch-based course: once admission is taken and the fee is paid, that fee is non-refundable in full. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind, before or after classes begin
• Not attending any class at all
• Attending some classes and then stopping
• Discontinuing for personal, medical, academic, financial, relocation or any other reason
• Dissatisfaction with course content, faculty, schedule, timings or outcomes
• Suspension or termination of enrolment by White Banger for misconduct, non-payment or breach of institute policy (see our Terms of Service)

If you are weighing up a campus course, talk to us first. A counselling session, a look at the syllabus and a visit to the campus all cost you nothing, and we would far rather you enrol sure than enrol quickly.

2. Webinars, Master Classes and Paid Sessions

A paid session is refundable until you have received anything.

• Before the session begins, you may cancel and be refunded in full, up to the time it starts.
• Once the session has started, or once a recording has been made available to you, no refund is available. Tickets are not transferable to another person.
• If you cannot attend, you may ask to be moved to the next run of the same session. That is a courtesy, not an entitlement.

If we cancel a session outright and do not run it again within 30 days, you are refunded in full automatically. That is the one case where you do not have to ask.

3. No Refund Beyond This Policy

Sections 1 and 2 describe the only circumstances in which White Banger issues a refund. Outside them we do not provide refunds, whether partial or full, and no member of staff is authorised to agree otherwise. In particular, a campus course fee is never refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests apply only to paid sessions under Section 2. Send your request in writing to team@whitebanger.org, stating:

• your name and student ID
• the course or session, and the date you paid
• the reason for the request

We check the request against your student ID and the session record, which settles eligibility, and reply with a decision. If it is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Bank and card refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank — that part is outside our control.

Where a tax invoice has already been issued for a refunded purchase, we cancel it with a credit note under GST, and the credit note reference is sent to you with the refund.

5. Course Transfers

At White Banger's discretion, a student may request to transfer their remaining course fee toward a different course or batch instead of continuing. This is handled case by case, is not a refund, and is not a right you are automatically entitled to. It is the only flexibility available on a campus course.
