Born from the Vision of Shri Naveen Jindal

Naveen Avsar International Skill Centre, Kaithal (नवीन अवसर योजना, "New Opportunities") was conceived by Shri Naveen Jindal, the sitting Member of Parliament from Kurukshetra, with a singular purpose: to ensure that every young person in Kaithal, regardless of economic background, has equal access to professional, skill-based education.

Recognising that digital skills are the foundation of modern employment, Shri Naveen Jindal chose White Banger, a nationally recognised and industry-accredited platform, as his preferred technology partner. In collaboration with RKSD College & RVS Society, this initiative brings certified courses in Digital Marketing, AI & Automation, Web Development, Graphic Design, and more, directly to the doorstep of Kaithal's youth.
